What are your opening hours?

Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

The centre is licenced to be open from 6am until 11pm Monday - Sunday, but is unavailable for hire on Sundays.

 

What types of event are you able to accomodate?

We are able to host all types of event! From training to small group meetings and from seminars to trade shows, we can host what you need. We are proud that our venue is able to be flexible. However, we don't hold events that promote martial arts or violent sports. Hire as a wedding venue is also only available to members of the Church or associated parties. Am I able to serve alcohol at my event?

We are a licensed venue, so yes, however you must comply with the Church's alcohol policy. For more information on this, please contact us.

 

Is there parking available?

We are able to offer a single discretionary car parking space for the event organiser, as well as spaces for disabled users. For local car parks, please follow this link.

 

What equipment can I use for my meeting?

Our hire charge includes within it the use of all basic equipment (tables and chairs) and including projectors and basic amplification, with the exception of our main auditorium. Please see this page for details.

 

Can you organise catering?

Yes we can! We at Citygate pride ourselves on good quality refreshments, provided in house by our own representative at Distribution Coffee.

Buffet lunches and hot dinners are able to be provided by our partners at Jaspers. We work with them to provide you with the best food we can for reasonable prices. Feel free to visit their website to see what they have to offer.
